Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Caramel, floral and lemongrass. This is the brightest coffee we roast: a washed Yirgacheffe from the Gedeb area, grown at 2,050 to 2,200 meters. Around 900 smallholder farmers deliver their cherry to the Halo Fafate washing station, many working plots of half a hectare or less. Go light to keep the florals front and center, or medium to dark for more caramel.
