Humble Joe’s Coffee Co. was built from a love for great coffee, strong community, and the moments in life that bring people together. As a nurse and teacher raising three kids, Lauren and Justin know just how important a good cup of coffee can be during busy mornings, long days, and meaningful conversations around the table. What started as a passion for freshly roasted coffee quickly grew into something bigger — a way to connect with people, serve the community, and create experiences centered around kindness, faith, and genuine relationships.
Every roast at Humble Joe’s is crafted with humility, care, and a desire to keep learning and growing. The name “Humble” reflects the belief that great things are built through hard work, patience, and staying grounded, while “JOE” stands for Jesus Over Everything — a reminder to keep faith at the center even when life gets busy and stressful. One verse that continues to inspire the heart behind our brand is Ephesians 4:1-2: “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.”
