Cherry, milk chocolate and brown sugar. Our Colombia comes from smallholder farms around La Unión in Nariño, grown at 1,600 to 2,100 meters. Farmers pick by day, de-pulp in the afternoon, and wash the coffee two or three times before slow drying. The result is a sweet, balanced cup with bright cherry up front and a chocolatey finish. Available in a medium or dark roast.
