Milk chocolate, roasted almond and caramel. This natural-process Brazil comes from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil's largest coffee-growing state. Red "Terra Roxa" soil, steady rains and dry winters make it ideal coffee country. Drying the coffee inside the whole cherry gives it a fuller body and a nutty, chocolatey sweetness. Available in a medium or dark roast.
